Slab soap cutters are for big soaps which need to cut into loaves before cut into bars. The slab cutter is adjustable so you can cut any loaf thickness, up to 10 cm equals to 4 inches. If that is not ideal size or if the cutter’s dimension is not ideal for your slab soap, you can just ask personalisation.

The slab cutter has a rail system which means the cutter will hold all the weight of the soap, and you just need to push the cutter to cut the soap slab. It is really easy for big soap slabs and it will give neat and smooth loaves after cut. Do not forget to clean wires with a wet wipe, if soap resude stick on wires, it can cause drag lines.

The soap cutters cuts slabs into loaves, if you want you can also cut loaves into bars with it but it is an extra work to set every time for slabs, then the loaves, and it takes time to cut, a multiwire cutter with it will escalete your business.

We have 2 color option at that cutter like most of our cutters, brown and natural wood. Brown one has acyrilic coating on it and it protects soap and wood, and it is easy to clean. Natural wood one has acyrilic surface which we put on it, it gives same properities with brown one, and it protects natural wood from the stain.

All of our soap cutters are wire cutters, and they promise you perfect cut soaps and they will last really long. A cutter from our shop is one of the best investment from your soap-making business. The slab cutter with rails is the one of our cutters which I use for years, now I use the multiwire version, personalised for me.  The wires are stainless steel, it usually last long but sometimes luck or causes are cause break on wires so we add 5 replecament wires in the package. 

We produce our soap making equipments with hardwood, birch plywood and white acyrilic base. What is birch plywood, it is not standard plank, it is the most durable wood, so the products made with that wood will last a lot longer. Also, the acyrilic base help to protect the natural wood and soap to touch each other and protect wood from the stain of soap, also it gives easy to clean property.

Attention here please; the cutters are ideal for normal, newly unmold, cold and hot process soap making, it can’t cut Melt and Pour soaps, cured soaps, contains too much hardener soap formulas. Some formulas need to unmold and cut earlier, like high percentage coconut oil soaps, because they harden earlier.
