Slab soap cutters are for big soaps which need to cut into loaves before cut into bars, and the basic log sipletter is one of them, it is the basic one and cutting depends on human strenght. It is ideal for new soaper and a good investment to start soap making business or who want level up to bigger molds. It is a cost efficent slab cutter and it cuts smooth, pricise and equal. Do not forget to clean wires with a wet wipe, if soap resude stick on wires, it can cause drag lines.

The cutter can cut fixed sizes, it has imperial and metric chioces. The metric starts from 2.5 cm and goes up to 10 cm with 0.5 cm steps so you can cut 2.5 cm, 3 cm, 3.5 cm…………8.5 cm, 9 cm, 9.5 cm, 10 cm. The imperial starts from 1 inch and it goes up to 4 inches with steps 0.25(1 ¼) inches so you can cut 1, 1.25(1 ¼), 1.5 (1 ½), 1.75 (1 ¾)……………….3.5 (3 ½), 3.75 (3 ¾), 4 inches.

We have 2 color option at that cutter like most of our cutters, brown and natural wood. Brown one has acyrilic coating on it and it protects soap and wood, and it is easy to clean. Natural wood one has acyrilic surface which we put on it, it gives same properities with brown one, and it protects natural wood from the stain.

All of our soap cutters are wire cutters, and they promise you perfect cut soaps and they will last really long. A cutter from our shop is one of the best investment from your soap-making business, they will bring spped to your work. The slab cutter with rails is the one of our cutters which I use for years. The wires are stainless steel, it usually last long but sometimes luck or causes are cause break on wires so we add 3 replecament wires in the package. 

We produce our soap making equipments with hardwood, birch plywood. What is birch plywood, it is not standard plank, it is the most durable wood, so the products made with that wood will last a lot longer. 

Attention here please; the cutters are ideal for normal, newly unmold, cold and hot process soap making, it can’t cut Melt and Pour soaps, cured soaps, contains too much hardener soap formulas. Some formulas need to unmold and cut earlier, like high percentage coconut oil soaps, because they harden earlier.
