Multiwire soap cutter is the best friend of a soaper, it will increase your speed. The wooden soap cutter has stainless steel wires, they will cut your soap easly and your soap will be neat. The multiwire soap cutter will make your work more beautiful, because soaps will be smooth and all will be equally cut. 12 wires soap bar cutter will cut 13 soap bars in one attempt. Do not forget to clean wires with a wet wipe, if soap resude stick on wires, it can cause drag lines. Also, if your soap has toppings, it can cause drag lines so please put them on their sides up and bottom to prevent that.

I know that because I use same 12 wires cutter for years.  The wires are stainless steel, it usually last long but sometimes luck or causes are cause break on wires so we add 5 replecament wires in the package.  

We produce our soap making equipments with hardwood, birch plywood and soap bar cutters also have polyethylene, HDPE, surface. What is birch plywood, it is not standard plank, it is the most durable wood, so the products made with that wood will last a lot longer. Also, HDPE means High Densinity Poly-Ethyelene, which we add as a surface to put soap on, it is a hard polyethyelene, it adds easy to clean property and protects soap and wood from each other, and a plus feature, the polyethylene is Food Grade.

We produce 2 version of 12 wires multiwire cutter, the classic version and the flat one. With the classic version you can cut longer loaf with 2 or 3 attempt, as you can see there, both sides of it are open. But with the flat one, you can just cut the soap which can fit in, it designed for the soapers who struggle space lackness.

Attention Here Please; the cutters are ideal for normal, newly unmold, cold and hot process soap making, it can’t cut Melt and Pour soaps, cured soaps, contains too much hardener soap formulas. Some formulas need to unmold and cut earlier, like high percentage coconut oil soaps, because they harden earlier.
